On Saturday, September 15, 2018, David Ray Wilkie of Ellicott City; Beloved husband of Lynne Johnson Wilkie; loving father of John Wilkie and Ellen Wilkie Kowal; cherished grandfather of 2; brother of Carol Wilkie Aftosmis; and son of the late Ray and Margaret Wilkie.
