Edward John Gunther, Sr.

On August 21, 2019, Edward John Gunther, Sr., devoted husband of the late Margaret Gunther; loving father of Edward J. Gunther, Jr. (Liz), George T. Gunther (Peggy), Darlene Dudeck (Frank), Peggy Woodhams (Mike) and Tim Gunther (Melissa); cherished granddad to Julie, Eddie, Josh, Jeff, Cori, Melissa, Christopher, Timmy, Devin, Shannin and Megin and to 21 great-grandchildren; dear brother-in-law of Marge Chenoweth. He was predeceased by his siblings.

Mr. Gunther served in the US Army during WWII in N. Africa and in Italy.  Following his service, he worked for General Motors for 30 years, from which he retired.
