Edward James Kuhns

On June 6 2018, Edward James Kuhns “Jim” quietly passed away at home. He was born on March 10, 1939 in W. Catasaqua, PA, graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s and then married his sweetheart Maryann Hoh. Maryann passed away in 1972. Jim enjoyed being outdoors, either hunting, fishing, or working with his pointing dogs. Years later, he met and married Mary Catherine “Cathy” (nee Luck) who also enjoyed being outdoors and had her own string of pointing dogs. 

He was the beloved father of Pam, Jimmy, Leigh, and the late Linda. And the beloved grandfather of Corynn, Jay, and Stephanie. The viewing will be held on June 16 from 1:00 to 3:00.  Services will begin at 3:30.  Jim will be interred on June 18 at 11:00 at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation are encouraged.
