Elmer Clifton Rutherford

On October 2, 2018, of Lanham, MD.  Beloved husband of the late Beverly L. Rutherford; loving father of Amy L.R. Burns and Steven A. Rutherford; cherished grandfather of Steven A. Matheson, David A. Burns, and Amanda K. Burns.  Also survived by 3 sisters, other family and friends.  The family will receive friends at HARRY H. WITZKE’S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043 on Friday from 5-8 pm where services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am.  Interment will follow at Columbia Memorial Park.
