Frederick Arthur Fink, Jr.

Frederick Arthur Fink, Jr., of Ellicott City, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore.  He was 77.  He was born on July 24, 1941 to the late Frederick and Dorothy Fink.  He served in the U.S. Navy and worked for NSA. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Barbara A. Fink; loving children Jeff Fink, Scott Fink and his wife Monica, and Julie Southard and her husband John; cherished grandchildren Thomas Fink, Anah Southard, Ellie Southard, Daniel Bond-Fink, Emma Grace Southard, Isabele Southard, Genevieve Bond-Fink,  Abigail Bond-Fink, and Ezra Southard; and brother of his identical twin Robert Fink, Barbara Tapply, Walter Fink, and Helen Fink.
