Jean went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Thursday, July 19 at the home of her daughter Jeanne-Marie and son-in-law Alex surrounded by loving friends. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Eldersburg and regularly attended Trinity Reformed Church in Lanham. Jean was beloved by friends, church members, caregivers, therapists, physicians, neighbors and of course by her family. Jean was born in Baltimore, but moved to Columbia in 1968 and resided in Howard County before moving to Bowie in September 2015. She was a loving homemaker, and was active in her church and in her community. She will be sorely missed, but her legacy will live on through those who cherished her and experienced her love, sense of humor, faith and joy.
