John Rafferty Obituary

John Paul Rafferty, a resident of Ellicott City, passed away on February 27, 2019 at his home. He was 91. He was born on December 25, 1927 in Philipsburg, PA to the late Mayme Rafferty. HE graduated from Philipsburg High School and attending Penn State for 2 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy and served in WWII and the Korean War. John retired from Del Monte Foods as the Regional Manager of the East Coast after 40 years. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed working in his yard and keeping the birdfeeders overflowing.

John has been together with his beloved wife for 67 years Fredia Rafferty. Memorial donations may be made to Bishop Cummings Reformed Episcopal Church.
