Mary Frances Howard

Mary Frances Howard (nee McColgan) born on October 20, 1957, died on April 20, 2018 of cardiac arrest. She was a graduate of Hood College and married Michael Howard on August 27, 1994.  She is survived by her husband, sons Robert and Colin, parents John and Pat McColgan, brother Timothy, sister Amy Page, her college roommate and long term friend Jo Ann Bitsura-Shedd, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.  In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Mt. St. Joseph High School Scholarship Fund in the  Howard family name.
