Melanie Jane Brimer

Melanie Jane Brimer, 56, of Ellicott City, Maryland passed away March 5, 2018. She was born in 1961 and raised by Marvin and Leona Hutchins of Salisbury, Maryland.

Melanie was a dedicated stay at home mother who enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time with family. She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Brimer; children, Daniel Brimer (Marcie), Ashley Rittermann (Adam) and Heather Brimer; mother, Leona Hutchins; mother-in-law, Geraldine Brimer; siblings, Kevin Hutchins, Grant Hutchins and Amy Chrest (David) and five nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Hutchins and father-in-law, Harold Brimer.

There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Coastal Hospice, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury Maryland 21802.
