Patricia Eleanor Holt passed away on June 9, 2018 peacefully and comfortably with her family at her side. Pat is the beloved wife of John T. Holt II; devoted mother of Laura and her husband Tom Seidell, John T. Holt III and his fiancé Roselle, Lisa and her husband Adrian Pawluk and Teri Dapper; cherished grandmother to Megan, Travis, Matthew, Emily, Kaitlyn, Callie, Jack, Benjamin, Angel, and AJ.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Kidney Association.
