Richard Nelson Redifer

Richard N. Redifer, 73, of Ellicott City, passed away on October 10, 2019.  He was born in Baltimore, MD on July 14, 1946 to Wallace Redifer and Marie (Liberto) Sears.  Richard enjoyed bowling, watching televised religious programming, listening to classical music, and attending the Connections Ellicott City Senior Center.

He is survived by his sister, Jean Redifer of Hanover, MD; his youngest sister, Barbara McCann and her husband, Paul of Ellicott City, MD; and his sister-in-law, Colleen Carroll, of Bel Air, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Richard was preceded in death by his father, Wallace; mother Marie; brother Donald; stepfather, William Sears; and his brother-in-law, John Callaway.  He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Richard’s name to St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, 1222 Tugwell Drive, Catonsville, MD 21228.
