Robert G. Winchell

Robert "Bob" G. Winchell was born August 14, 1948 to Charles R. and Nina A. Winchell. He grew up in Aberdeen, MD. He entered college at Villanova and later transferred to Rhode Island College in Providence, RI where he met Patricia. They married and had two beautiful children. Bob worked in printing sales and photography. In 1975 Bob took a sales manager position with the Curtis Paper Company which took him to New York and later to Newark, DE where he resided with his family for more than 15 years. He was an early adopter to personal computing and was enthusiastic about technology. Bob left Curtis Paper to start his own typesetting and graphic design business. Later he moved to Maryland after he and Patricia parted ways. In 2004 Bob met Yawei Wang and they have been friends and companions ever since. Yawei saw Bob through his final illness with compassion and care. Bob is survived by his son, Aaron and his wife, and daughter, Jessica and her husband, and three grandchildren. He will be remembered fondly by Yawei's daughter, Nicole, her husband and two children.
