Su-Chin Liao

Su-Chin Gloriosa Liao, of Glen Arm, MD, was 80 yeas old when she passed away 10/17/2018. She was born 12/1/1937 to Tien and Yeh-Hwa Chung in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, ROC. 

Su-Chin was very involved with her local church, St.John the Evangelist in Long Green, MD. She raised her stepchildren, as well as nieces and nephews as if they were her own children in addition to mentoring other young people. She also worked along side her husband running his medical practice, retiring 10 years ago to enjoy her grandchildren. She enjoyed her grandchildren, pets, flowers and gardening, in that order.

She is survived by her husband, Schue-Yuan Liao, her stepchildren, Peter, Joseph and Albert as well as her brothers, Wun Vaei Chung, Wun Ping Chung and Anthony Chung She is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Su-Nu Liao, mother, Yeh-Hwa Chung, and father, Tien Chung.
