Thomas Wilson Chamberlain Jr.

Thomas W Chamberlain, Jr, 64, passed away on November 3, 2017, at his
home in Columbia, MD.  He was the son of the late Helen W Chamberlain
and Thomas W Chamberlain, Sr.  Surviving Tom are his daughter, Jessica
M. Chamberlain; his sister Elizabeth C. Barron, Elizabeth’s husband,
David A. Barron, their son, David W. Barron; and brother, William J.
Chamberlain.  He is also survived by many other loving family and
friends.

Tom was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 30, 1953, and grew up in
Timonium, MD.  He has also lived in Pennsylvania, New York, and
Virginia, but spent most of his life in Maryland.  Tom worked many
years as a professional builder, contractor, and as a construction
superintendent overseeing commercial, tenant, government, retail and
restaurant multi-million dollar projects.  In his spare time he was a
voracious reader, enjoyed many of the historical fiction television
shows, was an avid O’s fan, liked fishing and riding motorcycles,
tinkering with most anything, and most of all loved his daughter - and
his dogs.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family
through the funeral home.

An informal and casual Memorial Visitation will be held between 2:00pm
and 4:00pm at Harry H. Witzke’s Family Funeral Home at 4112 Old Columbia Pike,
Ellicott City, MD, 21043.  The location is listed on this website,
including a map and specific directions.  Midway through the two
hours, at 3:00pm, we will gather together as a group and anyone who
cares to can share stories about Tom.
