Thomas Wilmer Miller

Thomas Wilmer Miller, a resident of Ellicott City, MD, passed away on October 21, 2018 at Howard County General Hospital. He was 74. Thomas was born on January 17, 1944 to the late Wilmer Bernard and Adeline Isabel (Kibler) Miller in Latrobe, PA. He was an Engineer for the Department of Defense, National Security Agency, and retired after 36 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and gardener who faithfully attended Saint Josephs Catholic Church in Odenton, MD.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Margaret Ann Miller; 3 loving sons Thomas A. Miller (Natalie), John W. Miller (Katherine), and Jeffrey M. Miller (Theresa); 7 cherished grandchildren, Jacob, Sara, William, Ethan, Elizabeth, James, and Joseph; and 3 siblings Joseph (Barbara), James (the late Mary), and Michael (Marsha).

A Memorial Mass will be said on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1283 Odenton Road, Odenton, MD 21113.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 10-12 noon at John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe, PA 15650 where funeral services will begin at 12 noon.
