Violet Carpellotti

VIOLET CARPELLOTTI, of Ellicott City, MD passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018, she was 94 years old.  Violet was born on September 1, 1924, in Chicago Heights, IL.  She was the seventh of eight children of Victor and Rose Cappelletti of Del Tronto, Italy.  Beloved wife of the late James Carpellotti; devoted mother of F. Michael Carpellotti and mother-in-law of Christel Carpellotti; loving grandmother to William "BJ" and his girlfriend Erin Huff.  She is also survived by many friends and very special nieces and nephews.  Violet moved to Maryland and started her career working for the Social Security Administration and then later became a restaurant owner of "Danti's", in Baltimore, MD with her husband and his family.  Later, she started another career as a Book-keeper of Boulevard Sales, in Elkridge, MD.  She finally retired at the age of 91.  She was very active in her Church of the Resurrection, enjoyed spending time with her family, socializing, reading, musicals and theater.  She was an inspiration to anyone who knew her and will be surely missed by her friends and family.
