On November 24, 2021, Barbara G. Barkley, beloved wife of the late Karl W. Barkley, loving mother of Linda Barkley, Kathy Michael (Brad) and the late Sherry Kimmel, cherished grandmother of Bill Kimmel, Elizabeth Sapia and Kelly McLaughlin, dear great-grandmother of Hayley Sapia.

Family will receive friends at the HARRY H. WITZKE’S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 5 – 7 PM. A funeral service will be held at Bethel Baptist Church on Thursday, December 2, 2021, beginning at 10 AM. Entombment following at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
