Carole Robinson Obituary

Carolyn Hazel Robinson "Carole", 66, of Woodstock, MD pased away on October 6, 2022 at the Gilchrist Center of Howard County. She was the daughter of Sherry Tate and the late Robert Tate. Carole graduated from Woodlawn High School in 1974. Shortly after graduation, she worked at the Hecht's store in Security Square Mall, while actively pursuing her greatest ambition - singing and dancing with local music groups. It was during Carole's musical career that she met guitarist William A. Robinson. They married in 1982 and in 1984 their daughter Lauren was born. In addition to singing and dancing, Carole enjoyed autumn drives through the countryside and watching Hallmark movies.

Carole is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, William; daughter, Lauren Robinson; mother, Sherry Tate; sister, Sherry Bair; niece, Jacqueline Bair Hardy and her husband Norman Hardy; and a host of grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Tate; brother-in-law, Bruce Bair; and her uncle, Michael Zito, Sr.

Carole's wishes were for Memorial Contributions, in lieu of flowers, to be made in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society https://www.nationalmssociety.org/donate
