Claire B. Martielli

On February 29, 2020, Claire May Belsinger Martielli died peacefully at Charlestown Retirement Community.  Claire was born in Baltimore, MD, on September 3, 1928, to Harry F. Belsinger and Alma Kontner Belsinger.  She was raised in Baltimore and received a B.A. from Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, W. Va.  Claire was the beloved wife of Dr. John J. Martielli, who predeceased her on Nov. 23, 2000, after 47 years of marriage, and beloved mother to Susan, Carol, and Jean (Quinn) Martielli.  She is survived by two sisters in law, Dorothy M. Ravener and Audrey Belsinger, and many nieces and nephews and their families.
