Cynthia Lee Perks, wife to the late D. Keith Phillips, died on the evening of June 26, 2025, at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, MD.
Cindy is the daughter of Alta Peck Perks and the late Norman William Perks of State College, PA. She was sister to the late Robert William Perks of Port Matilda, PA.
Cindy graduated from State College High School with the class of 1975 and earned a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University in 1979. Cindy was employed as a Senior Systems Engineer with CAE-Link from 1979 to 1994 and as a Senior Systems Engineer with InterCAP Graphics Systems, Inc., from 1994 to 2002.
In addition to her mother, Cindy is survived by her daughters Allison Eileen Phillips and Erin Cathleen Phillips, her sister-in-law, Doreen Perks, and nephews, Garrett and Ryan Perks.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cindy’s name to National Parks Conservation Association or Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
