Obituary

David “Keith” Phillips, husband of Cynthia Lee Perks, died on the evening of June 2, 2021, at home in Fulton, Md.

Keith is the son of Guy Steele Phillips and Doris Louise Wheatley formerly of Vienna, Md and now of Salisbury, Md.

Keith graduated from North Dorchester High School with the class of 1974. He graduated from Capital College is Laurel Md in 1977 with a BS Electronic Engineering Technology and from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science in 1998.

Keith was employed by CAE, Link Simulation Systems Division from 1977-1993, SyCom Services from 1993-1999, and Lockheed Martin from 1999-2004. At the time of his death, he was an employee of Northrop Grumman starting in 2004.

He is survived by daughters Allison Eileen Phillips and Erin Cathleen Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Keith’s name to National Parks Conservation Association or Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
