Debra Ann Byard

Debra Ann Byard, of Finksburg, Maryland, died on March 14, 2023, following a long illness.

Debi was the daughter of Frances Byard and Richard Byard (now deceased). She is survived by her daughter Kayla Neyer (fiancé Ronald Clements), her companion Trent Neyer, her sisters Vicki Byard and Karen Straughn (husband Jon), nephews Alex and Kayden Byard, and niece Sadie Dietrich.  

Debi graduated from Mt. Hebron High School in Ellicott City in the class of 1977. She also attended UMBC, majoring in Accounting.

She was employed in the restaurant and retail industries, working most recently as an optician at Walmart. She enjoyed dogs, movies, shopping, and trips to Disney World.
