Edward Tighe Connolly

Edward “Ed” Tighe Connolly, 72, of Ellicott City, MD passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2023.  He was the loving husband of Deborah “Deb” Connolly, the son of the late Patrick Connolly and Catherine Connolly.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Patrick Connolly, Jr. and Harry (Tim) Connolly.  He leaves behind brothers, Brian Connolly (Roxanne), Steve Connolly (Marti), and sisters, Mary Pat Smith (Phil), and Terri Rackliff (Jeff).  He is survived by his 2 children, Kristina “Kristy” Yokum (Will) and Brandon Connolly (Pam), and 5 grandchildren, Mackenzie Yokum, Maximus “Max” Yokum, Brianna Yokum, Kayla Rocco, and Morgan Connolly, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

Ed was in the liquor business his entire life. He owned and operated Jason’s Wine & Spirits for 32 years.  He developed lifelong friendships and customers at his store. Ed enjoyed spending time with his family, sports, grilling, sitting on the beach, and a good bottle of wine.
