Elaine Gilda Nachajski

Elaine Gilda Nachajski, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, of Woodstock, MD and East Islip, NY, died on July 17, 2024. She was born on January 25, 1937 to Emile Guerringue and Angela Lenti Guerringue.

Elaine was married to Walter Andrew Nachajski on October 13, 1956. She is survived by her daughters Monica (Michael) Haig and Karen (James) Gormley, her grandchildren Katie (Ron) Haig Lynch, Michael Haig, Christina Haig, Neil (Katherine Collins) Gormley, Emma (Mark) Gormley Fliehman, Sarah (Ryan Peoples) Gormley, and her great-grandchildren Silas Collins Gormley, Sebastian, Isobel, Atticus and Aoife Peoples, and Mary and Walter Fliehman.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Walter Nachajski, her parents Emile Guerringue and Angela Lenti Guerringue, her brother Emile Guerringue and her great-grandson Ethan Collins Gormley.
