Bette is survived by her loving sister, Carol St. Cyr, her devoted son Joseph, her daughter-in-law Roxanne Budsock, and her beloved grandsons Austin and Ethan Budsock, who were the light of her life.
Moving from Pittsburgh to Catonsville for her husband Joe’s job, Bette was known for her entrepreneurial spirit, having owned a local thrift store that became a gathering place for those seeking both treasures and camaraderie.
