Frances A. Howard "Fran"

Frances "Fran" Howard, of Ellicott City, MD completely her earthly journey on December 1, 2025 at the age of 81.  Fran was the daughter of the late Frank and Minnie Simms and beloved sister to her nine siblings who preceded her in death. 

After dedicating the early years of her life to raising her two adored children, Charles Howard IV and Susan Howard, she began a career in real estate.  Not long after, her artistic nature took over as she discovered her calling as a Floral Designer.   

Fran's legacy is carried on by her loving family, including her son Charles, daughter Susan, and her cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Liam, Rhiannon and Julia.  Each of them reflect a facet of Fran's spirit, from her artistic abilities to her generous heart.  Her absence will be deeply felt by all of her family and friends.  

Those who knew Fran were blessed by her boundless generosity and unbreakable faith.  She had a unique gift for recognizing the potential in people and turning the ordinary into extraordinary .  As we say goodbye, we celebrate her like lived with passion and purpose.  Her memory will always bloom in our hearts.
