Frances Rose Lawhorn passed away on April 20th, 2026, in Towson Maryland, at the age of 65. Frances was born on July 8th, 1960, to the late Mary Florence Satti and Adolph John Escudero in Baltimore, Maryland.
Frances loved family and enjoyed spending time with the people she considered family. Frances had a remarkably close relationship with her mother until her death; Frances then lived with her sister. When Frances' sister passed, she began receiving residential services through Gallagher until 1984 when she came to Emerge. At Emerge, Frances met the love of her life, Ancrum. As their love grew, they also became close friends with Tony and Arlene. Frances married Ancrum Lawhorn in 1986 and remained with him until his death in 2006. Frances enjoyed life with her husband and the friends that they made together. After Ancrum passed, Frances developed a close relationship with Anthony “Tony” Anderson, who had lost his wife Arlene.
Frances was a bubbly personality, who also greeted you as if you were her long-lost best friend. She loved to party and wanted to draw the people around into the same joyous mood she was always in. Frances enjoyed spending her time with people, vacationing, going out to eat, and smoking, even if it was not the best thing for her health. Frances is survived by her life companion Anthony “Tony” Anderson and a host of friends.
