Frank H. Stephan

On May 24, 2019 Frank H. Stephan, of Columbia, MD passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Maria T. Stephan. He is survived by one nephew, Richard Strauss (Sherrie) and five nieces, Linda Bateman, Barbara Perez (Jessie), Marsha Cunningham (the late Terry), Heidi Roberts, and Margaret Sheehy (Brian).
