On Saturday, September 25, 2021 HERBERT T. MARKOWSKI, beloved husband of Catherine “Cass” Allulis Markowski; devoted father of Mary Ewachiw and Alex Markowski (Lauren McQuade); dear grandfather of Gabriel, Patrick, Lucy, and Phoebe. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. A Memorial Mass will be held Oct 9 at 10:30am at Church of the Resurrection, 3175 Paulskirk Dr, Ellicott City. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, 3pm. Please arrive at the main entrance at 2:15 with ID. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic War Veterans, Post 736, Attn: Leo Welsh, Commander, 1311 Appleby Ave., Baltimore, MD 21209.
