James Adair, Jr. Obituary

James Franklin Adair, Jr. passed suddenly on January 1, 2025 at his home in Ellicott City, MD.  He was born on August 29, 1948 in Takoma Park, MD. He is survived by his loving wife Kathy Bianco Smith, son James Franklin “Hunter” Adair III (Christine), daughter Lauren Clark Adair Beall (Kevin), step daughter Bianca Smith, sister Nancy Booker Adair, brothers James Michael Adair and William Bruce Adair.  Also survived by his 5 grandchildren Greyson, Ramsey and Remy Adair, William and Estelle Adair Beall, and many nieces, nephews and countless friends. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4 from 10am-12pm and 2-4pm at Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 5 from 12-3pm at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge, 2832 Nine Mile Circle, Catonsville, MD. 21228.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Horticultural Society to honor Jimmy's love of gardening.
