Janice Margaret Sheehan

Janice Sheehan, 74 of Columbia, MD and Tequesta, FL, passed away suddenly on April 9, 2024, from a blood clotting disorder. She was born in Southbridge, MA to Edward and Vivian Sheehan. She is survived by her devoted life partner, Ed Graeff, her sister Paula Giles, brothers Gary Sheehan and John Sheehan, and nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews who she adored.

Jan spent most of her career in the aerospace defense industry in Maryland working as a configuration analyst for Fairchild Defense, Orbital Sciences, Smith’s Aerospace and General Electric. Jan was fortunate during her 37 -year career to work with to same group of defense specialists. Following her retirement, Jan and Ed split their time between their homes in Maryland and Florida.

Jan is remembered by her extended family and friends for her loyalty, kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity of spirit. She was truly the light of her family and beloved by all who were fortunate to know her.
