On September 1, 2023, Joel Alene Turner of Columbia, Maryland passed away at the age of 73.

She was the daughter of the late William B. and Dolores H. Rochlus.

She is survived by her sister, Page Rochlus and her companion, Joseph L. Taylor.

Joel had a kind heart and a smile for everyone.
