John Gerard Ludicke, Sr.

John Gerard Ludicke, Sr., died peacefully in his sleep on Thursday morning November 5, 2020. Born
October 18, 1943, he was the son of the late Gerard A Ludicke and Anna M (Feiler) Ludicke.

He is survived by four children, John G. Ludicke, Jr. and wife Dr. Julie R Brahmer, M.D. of Severna
Park, Joan M. Baker and husband Joel Baker of Ellicott City, Jane M. Warfel and husband Dale
(Chip) Warfel of Ellicott City, Jason R. Ludicke and wife Suzanne Ludicke of Ponte Vedra FL. He
was predeceased by siblings Louise Ludicke, Mary Goodman, surviving siblings Robert Ludicke,
Anne Sharp and Doris Ludicke, former wife Margaret St. Jean. and his eight grandchildren, Michael
Dolch, Angela Brill, Andrea Warfel, Nathan Warfel, Matthew Ludicke, Emily Ludicke, Jason
Ludicke Jr, Brooke Ludicke and six great-grandchildren.

United States Army Veteran and later employed at Anderson Windows, John moved to Ellicott City
MD and started a building supply company and then worked at TEI. He had quite a unique sense of
humor, enjoyed being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

A private service will be held.
