Josephine Kelley Obituary
On March 22, 2021, Josephine M. Kelley of Ellicott City, MD, loving and dedicated mother, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family. She is survived by son Shawn, son Keith and daughter in law Deborah. Beloved wife of late husband Ned L. Kelley; sister of the late Anthony and sister-in-law Amaryllis Marino, daughter of the late Josephine and Frank Marino.
Services will be private, with a celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date.
