Joyce Lee Wagner, 78, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2024.  She was born April 25, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of Bernard and Charlotte Gerver. Joyce married Francis Wagner who preceded her in death.  She is survived by a loving son, Michael. Joyce was a client solutions specialist at PNC Bank and retired in 2023.  Joyce was a resident of the Heartlands at Ellicott City.
