Kerrie Ellen Flanagan Ater passed away peacefully, Wednesday, February 5, 2020. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond Ater and mother, Gloria K. Flanagan.

Kerrie Ellen is survived by her father, John K. Flanagan, brother, Kevin Flanagan (Vivian), nieces, Jennifer and Stephanie, nephew, John Flanagan, great-niece, Zoe and great-nephew, Liam and her long time companion, Leslie Ball of Catonsville, Maryland.

Kerrie Ellen worked for Rouse Company of Columbia, Maryland for many years as a legal assistant. She was an avid lover of animals and worked extensively with animal rescue.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Linden Hall, 4765 Dorsey Hall Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21042, from 2:00-4:30pm.
