Megan F. Janssens, age 32, of Owings, Maryland, passed away suddenly and went home to be with her Savior on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024.
Megan was born to Joseph William Janssens, III and Jacqueline R. Burian on January 4, 1992, and was raised in Annapolis, Maryland. Megan attended Annapolis Area Christian School and South River High School and had recently decided to go back to school to fulfill her dream of becoming a nurse. Megan enjoyed caring for other people and animals, spending time with family and friends, gardening and learning to live a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
Megan will be remembered for her strong Christian faith and love of God, for her enormous heart, caring nature and love for all people and animals. She cared deeply for her family and friends and never failed to uplift and encourage others. Her love, beautiful smile and uplifting spirit will be missed forever.
Megan is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Joseph William Janssens, Jr. and Robert Edward Wilson and her grandmother, Marilyn E. Kemp.
Her memory will be cherished by those who have survived her including her daughter, Alexis S. Sergent, her father, Joseph W. Janssens, III of Columbia, Maryland, her mother and stepfather, Jacquie and John Burian of Annapolis, Maryland, her fiancé and devoted partner of ten years, Richie Foster, Jr. of Owings, Maryland and her two brothers, Brian G. Janssens of Arnold, Maryland and Joseph W. Janssens, IV, of Columbia, Maryland as well as many other extended family members and friends.
Private graveside services will be held, Thursday, June 13, 2024.
