Patricia Denison

Patricia Denison, formally of Severna Park, MD, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2024, at the age of 82 at Harmony Hall Assisted Living in Columbia, MD. Born on February 19, 1942, in Baltimore, MD, Patricia was the daughter of Andrew and Ruth Gill (nee Kellenberger), and attended Glen Burnie High School.

Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Alford Denison, her parents, Andrew and Ruth Gill, and her beloved grandson, Joshua Garrison. Her memory will be carried on by her brothers, Michael and Dennis Gill, and her sisters, Kathy Gill, Pam Lane, and Wendy Nowell. She was a proud mother to Bruce Denison and daughter-in-law Trish, Kim Duvall and son-in-law James (Jed), Scott Denison, Brett Denison and daughter-in-law Dawn, and Tracy Denison, and a doting grandmother to 13 grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren who filled her life with joy and laughter. Pat enjoyed her role as homemaker, as well as crocheting, needlepoint and cooking for her family.

A viewing will be held at Harry H. Witzke’s Family Funeral Home, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD, 21043 on Friday, December 27, 2024 from 10am-12pm, with a service beginning at 12 noon. Private interment services will be at a later date in Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
