Philip Miller

Philip Miller passed peacefully on April, 30, 2021 after a long illness. He was born on March 20, 1941 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Philip and Josephine Miller. After moving to Maryland, he graduated from Milford Mill High School in 1959. Philip received a BS in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University in 1967 and a PHD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Maryland in 1971. He spent his career in research science, contributing to many scientific journals and presentations. 

Philip is survived by his wife, Regina T. Miller; his daughters, Stephanie Miller Axtell, Elizabeth Miller, and Jennifer Miller; his granddaughter, Sweetwater Miller Teehee. He is also survived by his brothers, John M. Miller and Edward Miller.
