Rosalind "Ros" Lee Flaggs

Rosalind "Ros" Lee Flaggs, of Scaggsville, MD, passed away on July 18, 2021 at Howard County General Hospital.  She was 83.  

She was born on January 15, 1938 to the late Edgar Allen and Margaret  E. (Ludwig) Flaggs.  She was a graduate of Towson University and earned her degree in Education.  She retired after 30 years as a teacher in Baltimore County.  She was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles.  

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Edgar Allan Flaggs, Phyllis Anchors, Marilyn Minster, and Margaret Allene Quinn; and nephew Jimmy Quinn.  She is survived by her nephews and nieces Allan David Flaggs, Christopher A. Flaggs, Mark T. Anchors, Gerald G. Anchors, Brad J. Anchors, Joyce E. Minster, William A. Minster, Jeffrey A. Minster, Linda Quinn, and Michael Quinn.
