Roxann L. Ford

Roxann L. Ford, of Ellicott City, passed away quietly on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center in Baltimore.  She was 79.  She was born on February 4, 1940 in Ohio to the late George and Margaret Neumann.  She was a middle school teacher for 35 years in the Howard County Public School System.  She loved to cook, embroider, and crochet. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Darrell L. Ford and her brother Dennis M. Neumann.  She is survived by her only daughter Peggy Sue McClellan; and 3 grandchildren Charles, Caitlyn, and Chloe.
