Sheila P. Murrill

Sheila Pretoria Lee Murrill, beloved wife of George Allen Murrill, passed peacefully in the presence of those who loved her and those who she loved, on Sunday, May 12, 2024.

She was the daughter of Mr. Leonard Lee and Sarah Lee of Great Barford, England; both now deceased . She is survived by her loving husband George Allan Murrill, sons: Danny L. Murrill, Todd L. Murrill and Scott J. Murrill, her daughter in laws, as well as dozens of the most beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren a “Nana” could ever ask for.. She was predeceased by her loving mother and by her six compassionate and vivacious brothers and sisters.

Employed as a librarian at Washington County Public Library, Sheila spent most of her years raising her children and supporting and nurturing her grandkids and great grandkids. She was a long time believer in Jesus Christ and gave her life to loving and supporting her family and many many friends. Above all, her grandkids and her great grandkids were her greatest delight and joy.

In lieu of flowers, Sheila’s wish is to be honored by praying for, loving, and supporting her family.
