Shirley Ann Fowler

Our dear mother, Shirley Ann Fowler, sadly passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 88. She was a wonderful and loving mother who was always there when we needed her. She also had many friends and was a well-loved resident of the community in Charlestown where she lived.

She was predeceased by her husband, Oliver G. Fowler, Jr., parents, Lillian C. Schaible and Arthur Strasbaugh. Siblings, John E. Schaible, William A. Schaible, Charles H. Schaible, Margaret E. Carnaggio, and Helen K. Scullen.

And she leaves behind her children, Carol Ann Snyder (Frank), Denise L. Burton, Joanne Williams (John), Janet L. Puritis (Doug), Stacey L. Arnold-LaMotte (Keith), and Anthony G. Fowler (Emily);Grandchildren, Julie A. Snyder, Kevin S. McCartin, Brian M. McCartin, Kellie A. James, Frank A. Snyder, Stacie A. Decker, Steven T. Arnold, Stephanie L. Arnold, Andrew G. Fowler, and Lauren E. Fowler, along with 15 great grandchildren.
