Susan Elizabeth Schreiber

Susan Elizabeth Schreiber, 74, of Webster, NY, passed away on February 2nd, 2021 at Caritas House Assisted Living in Baltimore, MD after a long battle with Lewy Body dementia. 

Susan was born to Stanley and Geraldine Schreiber of Ontario, NY.  Upon the death of her mother, Geraldine, when Susan was only 16 years old, she and her three siblings moved to the Schreiber family farm in Webster, NY where she and her siblings could be closer to her grandmother, Elizabeth C. Schreiber and Uncle, Paul P. Schreiber.  Growing up she enjoyed participating in 4H events and enjoyed horseback riding and jumping. She was very active throughout her life and enjoyed traveling, sailing, boating and spending time with her family.

She graduated from Wayne County high school in 1963, then went on to work as a hairdresser before getting a job at Xerox Corporation in Webster, NY.  Later, she worked in real estate in Rochester, NY area.  In the late 1990’s she moved to Maryland to be closer to her sons and grandchildren. 

Susan is survived by her two sons, Kevin J. Knorr (Kathleen) and Kenneth P. Knorr (Holly), her beloved grandchildren, Julie E. Knorr, Claire P. Knorr, Ryan K. Knorr and Cameron M. Knorr, her brothers, Mark Schreiber (Jackie), and Dean Schreiber (Peggy), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Susan was predeceased by her younger sister, Elaine Schreiber. 

A memorial service and celebration of her life will be planned for a later date in Webster, NY.
