William Keepers Hartleb "Keeps"

William Keepers “Keeps” Hartleb, 65, of Ellicott City passed away on October 31, 2023, from complications due to Cerebral Palsy. Keeps was born on July 23, 1958.

Beloved son of Kay Keepers Hartleb and the late William V. “Bill” Hartleb; dear brother of Laurie Hartleb Doubet (Bob) and Holly Hartleb Gioioso (Wayne JR.); uncle of Adam Doubet (Ali), Michael Doubet (Rachel), William Doubet, Bennett Gioioso, Kaylie Gioioso Stern (Alex), Kara Gioioso Keryakos (Tony), and Lily Gioioso Fulco (John); and great uncle of Harrison Doubet, Samson and Reid Stern, Molly Doubet,  and Fiona Fulco.

Family will receive friends at Harry H. Witzke’s Family Funeral Home, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City on Tuesday, November 7 from 5 to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul Catholic Church, 3755 St Paul St., Ellicott City on Wednesday, November 8 at 10:30 am. Interment private.
