To the Kingsley Family,
I just recently learned of Dottie's passing and was so very sorry to hear this. I worked closely with Dottie at Owings Mills High for quite some time. She was a warm and kind person and we shared a lot of laughs together.

We wanted to share our condolences with the Kingsley family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3, 4.
