I remember Rose growing up in Columbia, MD. She was always a sweet, loving, and generous person. As a child, she became very close with my mom as I became close with her son. I remember her watching us at the bus stop and watching us play in the backyard or the 'tot lot.' More recently, I saw Rose at my wedding last year. I couldn't be happier that she made the trip to celebrate my happy day. Not only did she come to the wedding, but she also drove out for my bridal shower. I will never forget you Rose and your loving spirit.

All of you are in our prayers. Rose was a special lady and our lives were definitely the better for having known her. I have so many wonderful memories of her kindness, compassion, loyalty and friendship. I wish so much I could be there for the service today. She will always be in my heart.

Thank you, Rose, for being such a good friend to my sister. I only met you one time in person, but you left a lasting impression. You were so kind, and It was such an honor to meet you, having heard so many wonderful things about you from my sister.
